A new research project is launched
The research project Roots of Europe - Language, Culture, and Migrations has been made possible through fundings from the University of Copenhagen programme of excelence. It will survey the earliest history of Europe in a co-operation between scholars of lingustics, religion, archaeology, genetics etc.
The project was launched on July 1st, 2008 at the Department of Scandinavian Studies and Linguistics and is supposed to continue for five years, assistant professor DPhil Jens Elmegård Rasmussen being in charge of the research project.
