Festlig Faglig Fredag with Rasmus Bjørn: Indo-European goes East: Early loanwords in Turkic, Uralic, and Old Chinese

The next and maybe last Festlig Faglig Fredag of the semester will be hosted by Rasmus Gudmundsen Bjørn.
Rasmus holds an MA in Indo-European Linguistics from the University of Copenhagen and was awarded the gold medal for his prize dissertation on early Indo-European contact and loan word vocabulary. He is currently a PhD student at the Max-Planck-Institut für Menschengeschichte in Jena, Thuringia, Germany.

Everyone is welcome! We will meet at 16:00 in "Rasmus Rask", and the talk will begin at 16:15.
