Dear speakers,

you are hereby cordially invited to submit your conference paper, with the aim of publication during  the first half of 2010. The proceedings, titled "The Sound of Indo-European - selected papers from the conference held in Copenhagen 16-19 April 2009" will appear as part of the series "Copenhagen Studies in Indo-European".

The deadline for submission of manuscripts is 1 October 2009. The deadline for notification of your interest in submitting is 1 June 2009.

Please submit your manuscript in two formats: an electronic text version (preferably MS Word) and a pdf or hard copy (see contact details below).

The length of your manuscript should not exceed 6.000 words, inclusive of notes and bibliography.

For the main text, no special formatting is needed; as for the bibliography, however, see below. It would be greatly appreciated if you would follow these guidelines. Users of the bibliographical tool EndNote may download the CSIE bibliography style here.

Manuscripts may be in English, German or French.

Once your manuscript has been submitted, we will carry out a preliminary round of copy-editing and, if approved by you, pass it on to the peer-reviewers. The inclusion of your manuscript in the final volume is subject to the peer-reviewers' approval.

We only accept previously unpublished material.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

The editorial team:
